Terms and Conditions - "The Wealth Vibe" Membership

 

Welcome to "The Wealth Vibe" Membership! By enrolling and accessing our online portal on Mighty Networks, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Membership Access and Benefits:

"The Wealth Vibe" Membership provides you with access to our online portal on Mighty Networks, where you can enjoy a range of resources, content, and community interactions to enhance your understanding of wealth, finances, and personal development. This includes articles, videos, webinars, and discussions.

 

Membership Eligibility:

To become a member of "The Wealth Vibe," you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By enrolling, you affirm that you meet these criteria.

 

Membership Fees and Billing:

Membership in "The Wealth Vibe" requires payment of a recurring fee, as specified during the enrollment process. By signing up, you agree to pay the specified amount on a regular basis, depending on your chosen subscription plan. Billing cycles and amounts are subject to change with reasonable notice.

 

Payment Authorization:

By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the recurring membership fees until you cancel your membership.

 

Cancellation Policy:

You have the right to cancel your membership within 72 hours before the next payment is due to be processed. To cancel, simply log into your Mighty Networks account, navigate to your membership settings, and follow the cancellation instructions. Upon cancellation, you will immediately lose access to all membership benefits and content (even if your current billing cycle has not ended). Should you need any assistance in canceling your membership, you must email support@tayloreatoncoaching.com no less than two (2) full business days before your membership is set to renew.

 

No Refunds:

Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer any refunds. Once you have been charged for a membership period, you will not be eligible for a refund (neither partial nor full), even if you choose to cancel your membership before the end of the current billing cycle.

 

Access to Content:

Taylor Eaton Coaching LLC reserves the right to remove access to any content within the membership at any time. You have access to any available content inside of “The Wealth Vibe” Membership for as long as you stay enrolled and current with payments. Upon cancellation or failed payment, your access to the Membership and all content within it may be revoked. 

Privacy of Content:

You may not copy, download, screenshot, or replicate any content from within "The Wealth Vibe" (created by Taylor Eaton Coaching LLC or any other members) and share or redistribute it without written permission to do so. Violation of this may result in immediate termination and ban from the "The Wealth Vibe" without refund or recourse.

Content Moderation:

Taylor Eaton Coaching LLC and its contractors reserve the right to moderate all content (created by any hosts, admins, moderators, or members) within "The Wealth Vibe" as they see fit.

Intellectual Property:

All content and resources provided within "The Wealth Vibe" Membership, including but not limited to articles, videos, webinars, and discussions, are the intellectual property of Taylor Eaton Coaching LLC and its creators. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

 

Prohibited Activities:

As a member of "The Wealth Vibe," you agree not to use the membership for any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing your login credentials, distributing copyrighted content, engaging in harassment or abuse within the community, or attempting to disrupt the functionality of the platform.

 

Liability Disclaimer:

"The Wealth Vibe" and its creators make no guarantees or warranties regarding the results you may achieve from participating in the membership. Any financial decisions or actions you take based on the information provided within the membership are your own responsibility.

Limitation of Liability Regarding User Interactions

You acknowledge and agree that "The Wealth Vibe" or Taylor Eaton Coaching LLC is not liable for the actions, content, information, or data of other third parties, including other users and clients. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of our membership. "The Wealth Vibe" and Taylor Eaton Coaching LLC is not involved in the actual communications or transactions between users. As such, "The Wealth Vibe" and Taylor Eaton Coaching LLC shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any claims, damages, or losses incurred due to your interactions or dealings with other users or in reliance on the behavior, statements, or information provided by other users. You agree to release "The Wealth Vibe" and Taylor Eaton Coaching LLC, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, and damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. By using this membership, you agree to this limitation of liability and release and hold harmless "The Wealth Vibe" and Taylor Eaton Coaching LLC from any legal claims pertaining to the actions or activities of other users or clients.

 

Modification of Terms:

"The Wealth Vibe" reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes via email or within the Mighty Networks platform. Your continued use of the membership after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.

 

Termination of Membership:

"The Wealth Vibe" reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these terms and conditions or disruptive behavior within the community. In the event of termination, you will lose access to all membership benefits and content immediately.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington (United States). Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Washington (United States).

 

Additional Disclaimers:

Taylor Eaton Coaching LLC (and thereby the content inside of “The Wealth Vibe” Membership) is not responsible for your earnings, the success or failure of your personal or business decisions, the increase or decrease of your finances or income level, or any other result of any kind that you may have as a result of working with Taylor Eaton Coaching LLC, from a reading you may receive from Taylor Coaching LLC, or from any information presented from our website, programs, membership site or working with Taylor Eaton Coaching LLC. You, and you alone are solely responsible for your finances and financial results.
